Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the agreement of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made by them with their own payment method.

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

CS2Tracker provides statistics and tools for Counter-Strike 2 players, including stats lookup by Steam ID, Premier and FACEIT statistics, leaderboards, informational cheat-detection signals, a team manager, a case opening game, clips, giveaways and related features. Data is sourced from publicly available services such as the Steam Web API and the FACEIT API.

We continuously develop the Service and may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces the paid features of Premium, the section "Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal" applies.

You sign in to CS2Tracker using Valve's Steam OpenID service; we never see your Steam password. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account secure and for all activity that occurs under your CS2Tracker session. Your Steam account itself is governed by Valve's own terms and policies.

You must not access another person's account without permission or misrepresent your identity to us.

CS2Tracker Premium is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, that unlocks additional features, such as higher lookup limits and premium tools. The exact features, the billing period and the price are shown on the Premium page and at checkout before you pay.

Auto-renewal: Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month on a monthly plan, every year on a yearly plan), and the payment method you provided is charged the subscription price at the start of each new period, until you cancel. On a yearly plan we email you a reminder at least seven days before the renewal, with the renewal date, the amount and a link to stop it. You can cancel at any time as described in the section "Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal" below; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

First-week offer: eligible new Stripe subscribers may pay a small one-time fee (currently $2.99) for the first week of Premium access. After the first week your subscription converts to the listed price of the plan you chose and your payment method is charged automatically, unless you cancel before the first week ends. First-week offers are limited to one per person, and eligibility is determined by us.

Pricing: prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) at checkout; any applicable taxes are shown or indicated there. Prices may vary between regions and promotional offers. We may change the subscription price for future billing periods; if the price of your existing subscription increases, we will notify you in advance and you can cancel before the new price takes effect. Promotion codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are offered.

What is sold: Esports Manager is a game published by CS2Tracker on this site. Paid products in it (including Miracle packs and Faded Miracle packs, Coach packs, streamer slots and gold packs) give you virtual items and virtual currency for use inside Esports Manager on CS2Tracker only.

No real-world value: virtual items and gold are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use them inside the game, and you acquire no ownership in them. They have no monetary value, are not a payment instrument, cannot be redeemed for money, cryptocurrency or anything of value, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, transferred between accounts or exchanged outside the game. Cards, coaches and other items in Esports Manager are representations created for the game. They are not CS2 items, they do not affect your Steam inventory, and CS2Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

Chance-based items: packs contain randomly selected cards. The drop odds for each pack are shown in the game before you buy or open it, every opening is independent of the ones before it, and past results do not change future ones. Guarantees apply only where we state them expressly, such as a guaranteed legend in a ten-pack bundle. A pack is consumed when it is opened, and what it produced is final.

Delivery and finality: purchases are delivered to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed. By buying, you ask us to supply the item immediately. Purchases are final and non-refundable, and we do not refund unused gold, unopened packs, items you no longer want or results you are unhappy with, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise or where we decide to make an exception.

EU and UK consumers: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Where the law still gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund, nothing here limits it.

Changes to the game: we may add, change, rebalance, reprice, restrict or remove items, adjust drop odds, reset ladders or seasons, and change or discontinue any part of the game. Balance changes may make something you bought less useful, and by themselves do not entitle you to a refund. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, we will deal fairly with unused amounts you have paid for and will refund them where the law requires.

Fair play: buying, selling or advertising accounts, items or gold outside the game is prohibited, as is cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play or abusing promotions. If you do any of these, or if you reverse a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may remove items and balances, suspend or close your account, and withhold refunds, to the extent the law allows.

Who may buy: you must be old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, and if you are a minor the purchase must be made or approved by your parent or legal guardian, whose payment method it is. Purchases are for personal entertainment and are not an investment.

What is sold: the cases game on this site is published by CS2Tracker. Paid products in it (including coin packs, container packs, the Starter Package and the auto clicker unlock) give you virtual coins, virtual containers and in-game unlocks for use inside the cases game on CS2Tracker only.

No real-world value: coins and items are licensed to you, not sold, on the same terms as described for Esports Manager above. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, cryptocurrency or anything of value, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, transferred between accounts, deposited or withdrawn. There is no cash out of any kind.

Not CS2 items: the weapons, stickers, charms and other items shown are representations of Counter-Strike items created for this game. You never receive a tradable Counter-Strike item, nothing is added to or taken from your Steam inventory, and CS2Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Item names and images are used to describe what the game simulates.

Chance-based openings: containers give a randomly selected item. The odds for every rarity in a container are published on its card in the game and do not change with what you have opened before. Since nothing won can be exchanged for money or transferred, opening containers here is entertainment and not gambling.

Delivery and finality: coins, containers and unlocks are delivered to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed, and the quantity you choose at checkout is the quantity delivered. Purchases are final and non-refundable, including coins you have already spent and containers you have already opened, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise or where we decide to make an exception.

Balance changes may make something you bought less useful, and by themselves do not entitle you to a refund. Fair play: cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play, using multiple accounts to farm rewards, and buying or selling accounts, coins or items outside the game are prohibited. If you do any of these, or if you reverse a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may remove items and balances, reset progress, suspend or close your account, and withhold refunds, to the extent the law allows.

Who may play and buy: you must be old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, and if you are a minor the purchase must be made or approved by your parent or legal guardian, whose payment method it is. Purchases are for personal entertainment and are not an investment.

Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method the subscription fee on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly according to your plan, until you cancel.

Where Stripe is not available in your region, we may offer another payment processor at checkout. Your purchase is activated once that processor confirms the payment.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your Premium access until payment succeeds. You can update your payment method at any time via the subscription management portal.

How to cancel: you can cancel Premium at any time via "Manage subscription" on the Premium page (which opens the Stripe customer portal), via the link in a renewal reminder email, or by emailing [email protected]. After cancelling you keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds: except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable and we do not give pro-rata refunds for partly used billing periods. If we permanently discontinue Premium or the Service, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have prepaid.

Consumers in Quebec: the Consumer Protection Act gives you the right to cancel a subscription at any time by sending us a notice, for example by email or through the subscription portal. The cancellation takes effect when the notice is sent. We then refund, within 15 days, any amount you prepaid for the part of the billing period after the cancellation, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.

EU/UK consumers: you have a statutory right to withdraw from your first purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. By starting your subscription (or the $2.99 first week) you request immediate access to the Service during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw within 14 days, we will refund your payment, less a proportionate amount for the time the subscription was already provided. If you cancel during the first week before the regular price applies, you are only charged the first-week fee.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact [email protected] before disputing the charge with your bank — we resolve most billing issues quickly. Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the purchase.

We may run free-to-enter giveaways. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry may require completing free actions (for example verifying an email address) as described on the giveaway page, and the available entry actions and ticket amounts are shown there. Premium members earn tickets at the same rate as everyone else; paying never improves your odds.

Giveaways are open to residents of countries where they are lawful, are void where prohibited, and are not open to our staff. You must be at least 13 to enter; minors may take part only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We may verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated or otherwise breach these Terms.

Winners are selected by random draw among the valid entries at the time shown on the giveaway page, and are notified on the site or by email. Where the law requires it, including in Canada, a winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question before the prize is delivered. Prizes are as described on the giveaway page, together with their approximate value; there is no cash alternative unless stated. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Valve or any other third party unless expressly stated.

The optional CS2Tracker desktop app can, only after you enable AFK earning and accept the notice shown there, use your internet connection to fetch public Steam Community pages (such as inventories) on behalf of CS2Tracker. Requests are limited to steamcommunity.com, are made from your device, and are listed in the app's network activity panel. You can turn it off at any time; when it is off nothing is relayed.

Relaying may cause Steam to rate-limit requests from your IP address for a short time, and you are responsible for making sure this use is allowed by your internet provider. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for such limits.

You must not: abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service; scrape or bulk-extract data or circumvent rate limits; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data; reverse engineer non-public parts of the Service; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or use it to harass, defame or harm others.

We may apply technical limits (such as rate limits) and may throttle or block traffic that we reasonably consider abusive.

Statistics shown on the Service depend on third-party sources such as Steam and FACEIT. Availability and accuracy of that data depend on those services and on players' privacy settings, and are outside our control.

The Service contains links to and promotions for third-party websites, including skin-trading marketplaces. These are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies; using them is at your own discretion and risk. We may receive a referral commission when you use some partner links.

We are not responsible for the content, offers, pricing or conduct of third-party websites and services.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to CS2Tracker and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service or substantial parts of its content without our permission.

Counter-Strike, Steam and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation; FACEIT is a trademark of its respective owner. CS2Tracker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Valve or FACEIT.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including as to availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Statistics, ratings and other data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, including because of Steam privacy settings or changes in upstream data sources.

Cheat-detection signals and similar indicators are statistical estimates provided for informational purposes only. They are not an accusation, determination or proof that any person is cheating, and must not be treated or presented as such.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS2Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account and data from Settings ("Delete my account and data"), or ask us to by writing to [email protected]; how that works is described in the Privacy Policy. Cancelling Premium is described in the section "Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal".

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, act fraudulently or abusively, or where we are required to do so by law; where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach. If we terminate your access without such cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid Premium period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. CS2Tracker is operated by a company established in Quebec, Canada.

Consumers in Quebec: the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1) applies to you. Any clause of these Terms that would be inapplicable in Quebec under that Act, or that would deprive you of a right it gives you, does not apply to you. You may bring any claim before the courts of Quebec, including the Small Claims Division of the Court of Québec. Nothing in these Terms requires you to go to arbitration or prevents you from taking part in a class action.

Consumers elsewhere: you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Any dispute not covered above is submitted to the courts of the judicial district in Quebec where the company operating CS2Tracker has its head office.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact [email protected] first — we will try to resolve it informally and in good faith. Consumers in Quebec may also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service, in our prices or in the law. The elements that may change are: the features included in the Service and in Premium, prices and billing periods, payment methods, the rules of the games and giveaways, and the legal clauses of these Terms.

For any change that affects a subscription or purchase you already have, we will notify you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email if we have your address and by a notice on the site, stating what changes, the new text, the date it takes effect and your right to refuse it. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel your subscription before that date, without cost or penalty, and we will refund the unused portion of any period you have prepaid. Otherwise the updated Terms apply from the date stated.

Changes that only concern new purchases or free features apply once they are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you do not agree with them, stop using the Service.
